Can we get a free trial: 
We do not offer free trials, but our monthly plans are competitively priced and do not require you to configure auto-renewal.

Is Auto-renewal mandatory or optional: 
On the website subscription plans have both options available - one-time payment or Auto-renewal setup. 
On iOS and Android platforms purchased subscription plans are set to auto-renew by default. 

Cancellation Procedure: 
You can cancel your auto-renewal at any time through the My Subscriptions page. 
No cancellation is needed if you are on a prepaid one-time payment plan.
